It should work fine for you - but remember to also get in a better diet and some exercise. You will really see the pounds fall off if you combine all three!

Smile I already drink plenty of water, workout 5 days a week, eat pretty healthy and I run 4 miles, 3 days a week, and I am trying to loose about 10-15 pounds before my vacation, at the very end of this month. I hope that I get my pills within 4 days, since I paid the extra fee and that I can drop this weight in time for my trip. I am on the slimfast plan right now as well. Hopefully it is possible to acheive this before my trip. Thanks for all your help! Very Happy

I have been trying to loose weight for years and I could never get past that last step of the love handles I tried nuphedrine neuphedra dot com and I have lost what I have been working on for 2 years in 3 weeks!

I have recently discovered that peanut butter has like 200 calories in 2 TEASPOONS! I used to eat peanut butter toast every morning, and now that I am on a diet I really miss that.. (It would take me like a half hour on the treadmill just to burn off that little glob of peanut butter...)
