| I've given in to the fact that maybe going the vegetarian route I will get health benefits but should that really mean I can eat as much as I want? I'm having trouble letting myself indulge in all the grains and carbs, can someone please give me some insight? |

Hey Michelle-
I'm no expert, but I would think too much of anything isn't good. I think if you're vegetarian, all meet, no carb, no fat, etc, it all needs to find a balance. The extreme, no matter which side isn't healthy. All things in moderation, healthy balances.
Good luck! |

I have tried nearly every diet out there, and if I didn't try it then one of my girlfriends did. We have never found one that suited us until now! It is truely amazing and has shaped my life greatly. You will feel like a million bucks everyday with the success we shared. You can see my story at http://realisticdietprograms.blogspot.com or go to the website at http://myrealisticdiet.com
I've lost 17.2 lbs and counting how much did you lose? |

You need to have your protein, too, or you won't last very long. Just eat smaller meals throughout the day and stop when you start to feel full. Too much of anything is not beneficial for anyone so be careful.
Good luck!
