Hey there to my Weight Watchers friends!! I'm a newbie to WW and while it sounds a little embarrasing- finding out that applebees has a WW menu kind of helped kick me in the rear to finally do it already. I have to eat out a lot b/c of work and my familys schedule. I know it's bad, but knowing I can go there and eat is so releving! So far I've had the tortilla chicken melt and cajun lime tilapia and both get thumbs up from me. I'm glad I don't have to eat sprouts and lemon water! It's so tasty.
I like the points system. I've heard people complain about it but it is so easy for me to follow.
Hope to see you around here my WW friends- maybe I'll see you at Applebees! |

I have tried nearly every diet out there, and if I didn't try it then one of my girlfriends did. We have never found one that suited us until now! It is truely amazing and has shaped my life greatly. You will feel like a million bucks everyday with the success we shared. You can see my story at http://realisticdietprograms.blogspot.com or go to the website at http://myrealisticdiet.com
I've lost 17.2 lbs and counting how much did you lose? |

How are you doing? Are you still on WW? I have the same problem you mentioned, about eating out a lot. It's so hard to find healthy meals on a restaurant menu. I wish more restaurants would follow Applebee's suit and start including special sections for us weight concious people.
Update us when you can.
