Hi joclake66 and nimi, its a week on friday for me, first of all well done for taking this step, it wasn't easy for me either. start with the ss diet, the first week you loose more after that the process slows down. the first 3 days are hard and the only thing you thing about is food, but its all in your head, i went on the scale today and i have lost 10lb. you mouth does dry out, so when you feel that stick a sugerfree gum and chew for 10 seconds and throw it out, that will keep ure mouth refreshed. dont worry i'm only a week a head but i still need that supprt too. good luck.

I have tried nearly every diet out there, and if I didn't try it then one of my girlfriends did. We have never found one that suited us until now! It is truely amazing and has shaped my life greatly. You will feel like a million bucks everyday with the success we shared. You can see my story at http://realisticdietprograms.blogspot.com or go to the website at http://myrealisticdiet.com
I've lost 17.2 lbs and counting how much did you lose? |
