Anyone actually use the Nuphedrine product? Results?

DID anyone use the Nuphedrine for at least 1 month? Results?
How much weight loss did you have each week? What diet plan did you follow, i.e. WW, low carb, Caveman etc? What type of exercise plan assisted you while you were taking the Nuphedrine? (i.e. 30 min of cardio 3 X wk and 2 days of light weight training, 30 min daily) What was your cost for a 1 month supply? From where? I'm considering purchasing a one month supply. The website photos aren't the best and the blond guy looks like he's sucking his stomach in... If you used for longer than a month share that info as well. I'm wondering for those that it didn't work for what their diet was like and if they exercised at least 3 times a week?? Thanks

I haven't used it, but I looked at the info. I couldn't find anything that says how many you need to take each day and how many are in the box. The Nuphredine has Advantra-Z, which is part of the ephedra family and that stuff makes me nervous, that is a synthetic product.

I have tried Zylene, it also has Hoodia, but it has a long list of other stuff that has other health benefits. It is all natural, no synthetic stuff, no caffeine. My sister and my cousin are now taking it also and loving it.

I have great energy levels. I only take 1 a day, though you can take up to 3. I don't know anyone taking more than 2. Take a look at the ingredients. Hey ive done my fair research of weight loss and diet pills over the years and i must warn you to stay away from anytihng that has ephedra in it as some side effect it can cause in some people are heart attacks, strokes, seizures and death!

Ive been using a new product that just hit the market called acomplia and there are minor side effects but noting major and it works pretty well.
