It is a fact that if a man keeps his daily calories under 2500 and if a woman keeps her daily calories under 2000 it is impossible to be fat.
Why is it so difficult to keep your daily caloric intake at the proper level?
I would like to know your thoughts on this? |

Great question,
It is true by limiting your caloric intake you cut down on the weight gain, but it is a misconception to think that is the only reason. The way your body metabolizes the intake can be the difference between a 100 pound man and a 300 pound man. You can increase your metabolism by 30 minutes of your target heart rate per day.

| Hi all...I just wanted to caveat that eating alone isn't the answer to trying to lose weight. It's important that we also get daily exercise into our day as well, whether that mean just going for a walk around the block or parking the car further away in the parking lot. If you add in the exercise and watch what you eat you will certainly be on your way to reach your goal! |

That is the conventional wisdom and while exercise is a good idea people can lose weight with out it. SOme people cannot exercise but thye can still lose weight. |
