Things like organic fruits, fresh vegetables, sprouted seeds, raw nuts and seeds, grains, beans, legumes, pulses, tofu, fish, organic turkey and chicken. For the first three months, you must follow the plan exactly. After that, you simply follow the plan 80 percent of the time and are allowed to be naughty 20 percent of the time.

There is talk in this cookbook of ditching the issue of weight. You are encouraged to simply adopt this lifestyle and your weight will regulate itself. There are no direct exercise recommendations included since this is a cookbook.
