Been on diet for 4 days and it seems to be working for me. Really hard on day three. Wanted to give up and dive into a bag of granola, but was saved by a bowl of grapes, raspberries and blueberries. My knees feel great, my energy has exploded, and my mind is so much clearer already. So I will report back in 2-3 months with hopefully more good news.
