The MILF Diet was created by Jessica Porter. Porter is a whole foods chef, she has a holistic approach to her meals. After years of trying to find the perfect diet, Porter decided to create her own diet for mothers/woman struggling with their weight.

The term MILF is defined as "mother I'd like to fornicate." Once women have children people tend to think mothers aren't as attractive anymore, but Porter's MILF Diet helps women spice up their sex life and find their inner goddess.

Those on the MILF Diet eat whole grains, vegetables, protein, sea vegetables, natural sweets, and fermented foods. Plus, the diet can be made kosher and gluten-free and be used with Weight Watchers PointPlus program. Also, the MILF Diet teaches dieters how to chew their food properly, the yin and yang of food, and offer recipes.
