I started this diet on November 1st and by Christmas I had lost 32lbs. I didn't have to change much I just needed to be more aware of what I was eating.

This is an excellent and simple plan for anyone! I loss 60 pounds on this with hardly any effort. Because I am a diabetic..it was a diet come true that works and makes you feel awesome!

This cookbook partners with the original Metabolism Miracle to bring you some help at mealtime. You could just use the cookbook to go on the program as the program is not that difficult and it is recapped thoroughly in the cookbook. For better understanding of the "whys", you'll want both books though. If you can only afford one, get this cookbook. Really though, for giving you back your life, buying both books isn't much money to lay down!

As one who has been following the M.M. for a little over a year, the cookbook was a welcome addition. New choices that we don't need to figure out or convert to one of the steps is a time saver and gives peace of mind that what you are cooking fits right in to one of the 3 steps.
Some nice additions were added and the beginning of the cook book makes it easy for "newbies" to understand the M.M. and to begin the program.

I have been an MM follower for years. I have struggled with weight my entire life, and nothing ever worked for me. I read about The Metabolism Miracle in Women's Day magazine last year and KNEW that it would work for me. There is no measuring or weighing of foods, and I can actually enjoy myself when out to eat with friends and family! I can also enjoy wine or lite beer.

I am down 60lbs and countless inches! I feel younger and more energetic than ever and my anxiety is gone! Thank you Diane Kress!
