The Amazing Soup Diet is an eBook available from Good Housekeeping. Some of the recipes in this book have been created by star chefs like Emeril Lagasse and Michael Chiarello. This book will include soup, snacks, shopping lists and other helpful information to help you through the diet program. The Amazing Soup Diet allows you to eat as much as you want and lose 20 pounds very quickly. The foods eaten on this diet will be full of flavor and filling. The basics of this diet are that you eat portion-controlled meals each day for a total of 1,200 daily calories. At any time of the day, you can eat a bowl of the famous Hearty Vegetable Soup which is only 45 calories per cup. Some of the things you can implement to satisfy your need for crunch include cucumber slices, celery sticks, zucchini wedges and bell pepper strips in unlimited quantities. There are plenty of recipes available for you while you are on the program so you won’t get bored.
