Look up a diet!!! There are a zillion out there. Taebo has helped me lose 20 pounds in 2 months. It takes awhile if you are out of shape to keep up with them but it gives you the drive to work up to keeping up with them. LOVE this workout!!! After 2 months I am still trying to keep up

TaeBo Bootcamp when you get the whole set plus the bands comes with a diet plan to help with losing weight. A great work out is TaeBo Extreme, it kicked my butt, but I guess it is suppose to and I enjoy that after workout feeling.

I LOST 50LBS IN 6MONTHS WITH HIS 2000 BASIC TAEBO..HE IS THE MAN. JUST STARTED DOING INSANE ABS AND LOVE IT JUST AS MUCH AS THE ORIGINAL TAEBO!! HE IS THE MAN!!

I absolutely LOVE Tae Bo, in 32 days I have lost 22lbs and my body has changed SO MUCH! My muffin top is gone (gone by 2nd week!!) and my main focus is really my legs, cellulite ect. I see a huge difference but have given myself 90 days to see the end result!

Billy Blanks may not always count right, be on time w/ things but I kinda like it! It keeps things different and I love that he has all different shape/sizes people in all his workouts!

I will say tae bo works for me. I have done it in the past paired with a diet of mostly vegetables, fruits and grilled chicken and lost 40lbs. in 6 months. I fell off the wagon. We are military and have been constantly moving for the past couple of years and I packed the pounds bag on. Now we have been in one spot for a little bit and I started again Jan. 09. To date Aug. 09 I have lost 40 lbs. again and my workout is the same tae bo DVD I did years ago to lose the 40 I lost the last time. I do also add crunches with the exercise ball and push ups to tone my arms, but other than that tae bo is my choice of workout! And to top it off we have a state of the art gym on base free to use, but I rather do my tae bo for now and been losing way more weight than the women who been going to the classes at the gym.

Wow...talk about getting your heart pounding and sweat dripping in my own living room. Billy Blanks keeps his tae bo videos easy enough for anyone to follow but definitely gives you a great workout
