Dr. Teri Jory, an international fitness and health life coach has released a follow up DVD to her POISE workout technique, a combination of Pilates, sculpting and mental and emotional inspiration.

Strong and Sexy is for intermediate or advanced levels practitioners who want to experience a full body workout that will shape, tone and give women the toned and amazing shape they have always dreamed of. The DVD is divided into three sections that work the upper, middle and lower body. Jory demonstrates the best of martial arts, body sculpting and how to attain inner strength.

Strong and Sexy can be done all at once or one section at a time. Section one, which runs 19 minutes, sculpts and builds the upper body, using forearm strikes and front punches to carve and chisel triceps and biceps, while stabilizing the trunk with marital arts stances.

Section two, which runs 10 minutes, strengthens the core to get a six-pack abs. Jory demonstrates elbow crossovers and hand leg crisscrosses to trim the abdominal muscles and create a flat, sexy belly.

Finally, Section three, which runs 20 minutes, covers the lower body, using crescent leg kicks and fifth-position leg burners to create fit, lean legs, hips and buns, while strengthening the pelvic muscles.

The entire DVD runs 49 minutes.


Dr. Teri Jory is a fourth degree black belt, professional ice dancer and choreographer as well as a mother of twins. Her POISE Technique was created when Teri began experimenting with different body positions and movement combining martial arts, body sculpting and Pilates to get back in shape.

Her Strong and Sexy DVD is the 2010 installment of her POISE series. It promises to give you a full body workout that will enhance both your inner and outer beauty.
