Simply Ming One-Pot Meals: Quick, Healthy & Affordable Recipes is a new book authored by Chef Ming Tsai and Arthur Boehm. This book focuses on seven different techniques for cooking, all of which involve only one pot for making an entire meal. This cookbook contains 80 recipes with photographs. All of the recipes can be done in one pot. There are seven cooking methods that are used including braising, wokking, sautéing, high-temperature cooking, roasting, tossing and soups.
