SimpliFast

An all-natural, ready-to-drink fasting beverage.

BACKGROUND Start the Diet Now Advertisement

Tired of getting lemon juice squeezed into your eyes or maple syrup stuck to your glass as you whip up a batch of your favorite detox drink? Well look no further than SimpliFast, an all-natural fasting beverage that is ready-to-drink leaving you with no ingredients to add, measure or mix.

SimpliFast contains a mix of vitamins, minerals, natural fibers, electrolytes and antioxidants needed to support your body's detoxification process. While most juice fasts leave you feeling shaky, irritable and super low on energy, SimpliFast is made with organic, pure grade B maple syrup, which helps curb the drastic swings in energy that come from ingesting simple and processed carbs. In addiiton, its 11 grams of fiber not only improves digestion, but it also produces a feeling of satiety leaving you satisfied with cravings kept at bay.

SimpliFast beverages are designed to be used for one, three or seven day fasts. Each 16-ounce bottle should be consumed in lieu of meals, up to four or six times a day. SimpliFast comes in three flavors: Lemon, blueberry and strawberry.

The product claims that you can lose up to 20 pounds while following the seven-day fast.

PRO
  • Contains all-natural ingredients
  • Does not contain stimulating ingredients like caffeine or hoodia
  • May help to temporarily reduce weight and promote a feeling of lightness
CON
  • Extreme fasts are often followed by a rebound effect
  • Weight loss is likely to be temporary
  • Weight loss and health claims may be exaggerated
  • High fiber content may cause digestion issues
INGREDIENTS

SimpliFast contains lemon juice, organic maple syrup, fiber, potassium, sodium, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Magnesium, Manganese, Zinc and Selenium.

ADMINISTRATION

Four to six bottles of SimpliFast are consumed each day in addition to a lot of water. No other food should be eaten other than the occasional piece of fresh fruit.

DIET and EXERCISE

Two days prior to the fast, you are instructed to eat a light diet of only fruits and vegetables. During the fast, only the SimpliFast beverages should be consumed with the occasional addition of a piece of fresh fruit or a bowl of all-natural vegetable broth. Caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and other supplements should be avoided.

For the first few days following the fast, breakfast should be kept to only fruit or a SimpliFast beverage. Then one meal of either a raw salad or steamed vegetables should be consumed for the remainder of the day.

Once you are ready to re-introduce regular meals, continue to eat only fruit or a SimpliFast beverage for breakfast and begin each meal with a raw salad or raw vegetables.

Strenuous exercise should be avoided during the fast.

CONCLUSION

SimpliFast is a detox, ready-to-drink, fasting beverage that may help you lose weight, reset your healthy eating habits and improve digestion.

While it contains only natural ingredients and no artificial stimulants, because of its high fiber content and its extreme diet protocols, talk to your doctor before starting the SimpliFast program.

I am a diabetic and I need to lose a few pounds to get off insulin. A year ago I was taking 40 units daily of insulin, today I am down to 10 units a day. I have advised my DR> that I will get off insulin for good when I lose a few pounds.

What affect will it have on DIABETES or other medical conditions>

Please advise ASAP.!!!!!!!!!!

This is really a great detox. I lost 14 pounds in 4 days, so 20Lbs. in 7 makes sense. It taste great and the fiber had only a positive effect on me, keeping me regular, and I noticed I was sleeping better and feeling better over all, with extra amounts of energy. I am hooked!
