Shiva Rea - Power Flow Yoga offers three sequences of vinyasa yoga, each incorporating segments from Rea's most successful earlier DVDs, including Daily Energy, Yoga Trance Dance, Surf Yoga Soul, Fluid Power, Yogini, and Creative Core + Lower Body. Users can mix and match from 13 segments, or view one of the complete sequences. In all, the DVD offers more than three full hours of vinyasa programming, with the moves your body craves for optimal strenghth, balance, energy, and agility.

Shiva Rea - Power Flow Yoga offers three complete vinyasa yoga sequences: - Fluid Power (53 minutes) - Core Power (50 minutes) - Heart Fire (57 minutes)

Users may also select from 13 shorter segments handpicked by Rea herself for their refreshing, rejuvenating style. These range from 10-22 minutes and are tailored to different muscle groups. Regardless of the workout selected, this DVD provides an excellent vinyasa workout, taking users through the poses in a gentle flowing style, building strength and toning muscles throughout the body.
