  • Pop to it: Nutritionists have found that people who eat one cup of microwave popcorn 30 minutes before lunch consumed over 100 fewer calories when they ate
  • Meaty mushrooms: Research shows that those who ate mushroom based entrees were just as satisfied as when they’d eaten those meals prepared with meat
  • Incredible edible: Use eggs as a great addition to salads and as portable snacks for protein and amino acids
  • Slimming salads: Eating a salad before a meal can reduce your overall calorie intake by up to 12 percent

  • Pick up daily groceries on the way home
  • Wear ankle weights as you walk around the office
  • Keep dumbbells at your desk and use during conference calls
  • Body lifts in your office chair
  • Walk around the company parking lot during lunch
  • Take the stairs at every opportunity
  • Do leg lifts in your chair to tone thighs
  • Walk to a colleague’s desk to deliver a message instead of using email
  • Use a pedometer to track steps; especially in the winter

Someone gave me this book but I didn't see any new information. I thought it would be a good book with healthy recipes. They talk too much about exercises. The title is misleading.

I recently got this book in the mail and while I agree with Alexis (it's def NOT a diet book), it still has loads of useful information that have been really great in helping me ease into my New Year's Resolution of staying slimmer. I especially love the chapter called "Eating Muffins Gives You Muffin Top"...too funny (and true to boot).

Sexy Women Eat is not a diet- so it should not be on this site at all. But if you look at the book as an anti diet for life than it fits perfectly. The book has everything from the 411 on caffeine, debunking diet myths, exercising in your office, and more. Probably the only truthful book on food out there these days!

Read Sexy Women Eat!! Ever since I was in high school, my life has always been about food. For as long as I can remember my relationship with food has been one of fear. I was constantly questioning what I was putting in my mouth, making meals far from enjoyable. I just read Sexy Women Eat and it reminded me that I should not be ashamed of what I??m eating. This hilarious and informative book offers amazing tips on how to develop a healthy relationship with food. I finished the book without feeling deprived or limited. I don??t have to skip dessert! Instead, I felt refreshed knowing that I was on the fast track to a healthy lifestyle.
