Quick & Kosher is a new book written by Jaime Geller. This book includes over 215 recipes that are all kosher and all quick and easy to prepare. Geller came to know about kosher cooking after getting married and not knowing anything about cooking. She had no background in cooking but made it her mission to find recipes that only take 15 minutes to prepare. This cookbook is great for beginners because the author recalls not being able to even correctly turn on her stove. The recipes and directions won’t use fancy cooking lingo like many other cookbooks. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cook, you can enjoy the user friendly instructions.
