Do You Know the Best Diets of 2024?

BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND

There's a new piece of fitness equipment that was invented and is produced right in Austin, Texas and it's going to revolutionize the way we workout. And rehab. And train for swimming, running, and a number of other sports. It's called Primal 7, and from its simplicity comes the most innovative training tool we've seen in a long time.

Born of a need to rehabilitate after a body-breaking injury, when Western medicine and traditional therapy wouldn't work (and was too costly), Primal 7 was created. In its origin, truck straps and a stretching rubber band were tied to a tree and used to do squats, push-ups and other basic workout moves. From a cane and barely walking, to standing upright on two feet, Primal 7 helped to repair a man who'd been told he was nearly irreparably broken.

Those squats and push ups, otherwise known as primal movements, are just two of the seven basic movements we need our bodies to be able to perform on a daily basis. In addition to those two movements, the strap suspension training system allows you to pull-up, bend, twist, run and lunge in a nearly effortless way. But the lack of effort shouldn't be assumed to provide a lesser workout when it may very well provide a more intense one. While it sounds like hype, in 11 minutes you can blast through the basic Primal 7 workout every morning and achieve a calorie-burning, total-body workout that strengthens your core, arms, glutes, legs, and everything in between.

With details like incredibly strong stitching that is "literally one step away from being bulletproof," sustaining weights of more than 1,000 pounds, and portability that puts it above doors, in gyms, and in backyards, it may very well be the first and only piece of fitness equipment that everyone can use. Other smart details include the Tension Release Levers that are intelligently designed to lock once pressure touches the band and the rings instantly adjust to fit your body once you release from the band. The three bands swap out in seconds and utilize a rock-climbing grade buckle to make it possible for virtually anyone to use.

This is evidenced by a number of existing testimonials, like a man weighing 500 pounds on the scale and pushing himself through a series of push-ups with ease. A woman with no prior ability to even make it through one-fourth of a pull up, and then cranking out ten of them like a pro. An elderly osteoporosis patient who now stands straight without support. Best of all, a man who couldn't walk on his own two feet but now runs alongside his children.

Experts and consumers across the country are enamored by Primal 7 and the vast and varied benefits it can provide men, women, old, young, athletes, fitness enthusiasts, the overweight, the injured, and even kids. In an MMA gym in Austin, eight Primal 7 bars have been set up and they host five classes each day, and many other are turned away because they can't accommodate the wild popularity.

In 2012, The Spark Awards, an internationally acclaimed design competition honored Primal 7 with gold, putting it in a category with industry leaders like the Nook, Beats by Dr. Dre, Jawbone's Big Jambox, and the GE Residential WattStation. Launching for commercial sale in fall 2012, Primal 7 is already poised to be the biggest thing yet in home, gym, and commercial fitness.

At this time there is no nutritional nor dietary guidance provided by Primal 7 as it is only a fitness tool.

EXERCISEEXERCISE

The brilliant part of Primal 7 is that it effectively gets rid of your home gym, or the need to build one. With a room, floor mats, equipment, and more, a home gym can be an incredibly expensive investment. Primal 7's minimal design can be installed over any door in your home, against a wall in the garage or basement, or in any room of the house where you'll use it. With that, you have cardio and weights with a low-impact piece of fitness equipment all in one at a price point that's pretty reasonable.

At a minimum, you're encouraged to use Primal 7 as a quick, intensive workout to start your day. Treating this one tool as a circuit trainer, you can perform the Primal 7 workout in as little as 11 minutes. This includes a round of squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, twists, bends, and running. With that, you've elevated your heart rate, engaged your core, worked a variety of muscle groups, and gotten in a quality calorie-burning, sweat-inducing workout in minutes. You're encouraged to move from each movement to the next with no rests in between at 30, 45, or 60 second intervals. This type of high intensity interval (HIIT) workout ensures your heart and metabolic rate stay high.

However, Primal 7 can be used in an exhaustive list of other situations. Physical therapy and chiropractic centers are installing the systems to work with patients. Gyms are installing Primal 7 and hosting dedicated group classes. College sports coaches are using it to enhance training for runners, swimmers, and other athletes.

Each day, the Primal 7 team posts a "Daily 7" video to their YouTube and Facebook channels. It has quickly united the Primal 7 community of users and keeps them inspired to try new things beyond the basic workout. Exercises focused on the shoulders, arms, glutes, and more show the range that this simple tool, made of nylon straps and a rubber band, can provide.

CONCLUSIONCONCLUSION

The popular quote "necessity breeds solution" summarizes Primal 7's creation perfectly. When a man crippled by a work-related injury could find no other way to rehabilitate himself, he took truck straps and a band, tied them to a tree, and a few years later is standing tall on his own two feet.

The same goes for a woman who couldn't stand straight because of debilhitating osteoporosis. She now walks without assistance.

Or a 500 pound man too heavy to barely carry his own weight, yet moves through push-ups with ease.

All of this is possible because of Primal 7, and whether you're undergoing life-altering rehabilitation, or just firming up your abs, it is the solution you need, too. Created and manufactured in the US, right in Austin, Texas, Primal 7 is no doubt a key development in the fight against obesity and betterment of overall wellness and fitness for the entire country and beyond.

Of course there are always exceptions, but Primal 7 is seemingly a perfect fit for every man, woman, and child. With a weight limit exceeding 1,000 pounds, intelligent and durable design, and extensive lab testing for strength and durability, there is little that isn't impressive about Primal 7. And if we failed to mention earlier, it's a heck of a lot of fun, too.

Jeff

I am P7 Certified and love them. I have had no issues with locking mechanism as previously mentioned. P7 is quite easy to use and adjust for different exercises. Simply step on band while holding the locking tabs up or pull rings. Very sturdy and I expect it to last a long time. Clients can do things with P7 they could never do before. Example 65 yrs old cranking out push ups that she hasn't done in 40 years. I definitely would recommend them.
