In the second half of 2011, Tony Horton and Beach Body Fitness will unveil the much anticipated follow-up to the wildly popular and effective fitness DVD program P90X.
On the P90X2 site, they say that the muscle confusion will continue, the fitness approach on which the P90X program was built. "The P90X2 workout is a completely new 90-day extreme fitness program that enables you to build on your P90X results."
Those who've already pushed themselves through the first 90-day program will be ready to take on P90X2 and push themselves and their bodies even further into fitness and/or their weight loss goals.

Like the original P90X, we anticipate P90X2 to be accompanied by a diet and nutrition regimen.
It will likely resemble the P90X diet:
P90X consists of a 3-phase eating plan that satisfies your energy needs and your taste buds. The goal of the nutrition plan is to identify what, when and how much you can eat so that you can still lose fat and get into the shape that you want to be in.EXERCISE
Each DVD of P90X2 will push you to new levels of strength, endurance, fitness, and weight loss. Like P90X, this should be a 12-DVD set that you complete over the course of a 90-day program.
