Academy-Award winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow has released a book that deals with one of her talents that isn’t acting. Paltrow authored her cookbook My Father’s Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness in April of 2011. This cookbook offers photographs and 150 recipes for breakfast to dessert and everything in between. There are full-color photos throughout the book and the recipes feature good food that will inspire you to cook. The foreword of this cookbook was provided by chef Mario Batali.

Although Paltrow is typically a very private person, she allows you access to her favorite family recipes in this book. This cookbook shows how food can shape a person, and play a role in spending time with family. My Father’s Daughter offers recipes from categories like breakfasts, sandwiches and burgers, soups, salads, main dishes, sides and desserts.
