Get ready to Move It and Lose It with Dr. Oz as he takes you step-by-step through an 11-week weight loss program designed to teach you healthier habits, shed unwanted pounds and feel a renewed sense of health and happiness.

The Move It and Lose It challenge is a joint collaboration between Dr. Oz, Nike and ShareCare. The program is accessed through Dr. Oz's website and is free to join. Upon joining, you'll receive all the tools, support and expertise you need to meet your weight loss and health goals.
