DIET and NUTRITION

LaBlast is not associated with a specific eating program. It is important to keep in mind that exercise alone will not always result in weight loss.

EXERCISE

There are five levels of LaBlast classes. Level 1 Beginner is designed for people who have no experience with ballroom dancing. As you move up in level, the classes incorporate both more difficult choreography and a more challenging fitness routine.

Level 1 begins with three dances: Cha Cha, Salsa and Jive. Successive levels incorporate Samba, Paso Doble, Quickstep, Disco and Merengue.

CONCLUSION

Fitness dance classes like LaBlast are a fun way to get moving or shake up your workout routine, and learn some cool dance moves along the way. LaBlast is great for fans of Dancing with the Stars, but everyone can benefit from this workout. Classes have an all-inclusive approach that can help you feel excited about getting fit.
