Ok yes I bought this product based on Jillian's brand name. I'm about to start the probiotic portion today. But I do have to say that I haven't cleansed at all. I'm constipated as a matter of fact! Still going to give the last part of the regimen a try before I totally bash this product.

Just finished the 7 day cleanse process. Day 1 didnt notice any changes. Day 2-5 bm's became loose and would have 2 a day and a lot of gas. On day 3 I was later then normal eating dinner and I felt extremly weak and light headed. Ive never experienced that before being just a little late with dinner. Day 6-7 bm's still loose but back to 1 a day and still have gas.
posted Feb 12th, 2010 12:13 amOverall Im not sure if the cleanse had any effect. I didnt experience increased energy, better digestion, or lose any weight (I know weight loss not a guarantee but some people say they experienced it).
Im a 33 yr old male in generaly good health.

i have not felt any difference .. i do notice that i am thirstier ... i am alil constipated and thats really about it im only on my third day so i guess were going to have to wait and see .. i will finish the box but its pretty much a dissapointment

This products isnt just gonna make u lose weight by taking it .. havent u read with diet and exercise !?!?! its a waste of $$$ when u buy any diet products !! if people would only diet and eat healthy you wouldnt be complaining that ur pills dont work .

this produt is another money maker nothing changed i wathced all my carbs calories i quit eating bread and pasta and drinking milk and soda and the pills healped none

Did not cleanse me or do anything for me really. Four pills a day plus the probiotics after..anf..well I at least expected to be in the restroom or feel a difference.. what a waste of 29.99$.

Finished the 7 day cleanse and started the fat burner phase. I do not have the energy that some people posted about. Feel about the same. Seems at first it was working (the cleansing part) and then it seemed to have stopped. Feel no different....maybe a little less bloated. Then today started the fat burners and about 30 min after taking the 2 fat burners and 1 probiotic....straight diarrhea....hopefully that won't get any worse. Will check back in a few days on my progress.

On my 7th day,has done nothing but make me farrrt.What a waste of thirty dollars.Not the first time I got suckard in,but trusted the name.Wont be buying any more of Jillians products.

This product is not meant at all to help with appetite if you want help with appetite you need the calorie control product This is strictly to help you feel better when starting your exercise plan.

Just got the product and starting fresh in the morning. People need to remember this is not a weight loss program it is a CLEANSING PROGRAM, I can't believe some of the comments. To me it shows their ignorance and that they do not read the products before buying them.

I have been using this product for over 5 days. i have NOT seen any result of it. It doesnt make me go to the bathroom or loos weight neither has reduce my apettite.

Okay i just purchased this product and hope it works. I know along with it comes the exercise and eating healthy. So heres to accomplishing my goals. Day 1 so far i'm not feeling any different. Let see how the process goes and will be back on soon in 2 days for another update.

BEWARE! My little and her roommate took this. Since last friday her roommate has had two surgeries because she has 7 kidney stones from this product. My little has a kidney infection from it. DO NOT USE THIS!

Not really sure about this whole thing. I don't really notice a difference. The first day I had bad cramps. Now I don't feel any different. Still bloated I was really hoping this would help. I don't see any difference in BM. Pee seems lighter in color. I am on day 4. Will finish the box and keep you posted. Guess I was expecting a lot more out of it as a cleanser.

Day #9 on probiotic and fat burner pill: down another 1.5LBS from yesterday for a total so far of 6.7LBS in 9 days...again im on weight watchers for those 9 days as well and working out 2-3x/week.
