And since none of us are nearly as smart as him, I want to add that clearly if you are here at this site, you are looking for tools to help you, which is a positive thing in any diet adventure. Negativity is what seperates those who are overweight and out of shape from those who are fat and miserable.

Since many of you people are clearly not very bright, please allow me to try to help.
Notice that the instructions say to use this product along with diet and exercise? Do you know why? Because the only way to lose weight is through diet and exercise. It is really just that simple. The product itself is completely useless.
So here is my fool-proof diet plan for all of you, free of charge:
1) Get off of your more frequently than just for trips to the refrigerator.
2) Walk away from the dinner table after one helping, and try to pass on dessert once in a while.

Ive been taking this product for a few weeks and have noticed the difference! And as a correction to the review, they do have excercise and nutritional help on the website. they have recipes, workout guides and info about the correct ways to work out & eat healthy. I have found the combo of help with nutrition and the actual pills to be extremely helpful! i would reccoment it!

OK--I am overseas in Iraq--you wouldn't think you could gain weight in the Sahara Desert but you actually do. It's the DFACs--three meals a day--nonstop work, and no time for breaks. I bought the HC pills about two months ago in Kuwait--but never used them or started exercising.
