it worked pretty good. exercise is the key along with eating right. i lost 15lbs which was good because after i lost the weight my girfriend and her best friend had a 3 way with me and i was able to put it in both there poopers and then back in there mouth..

Kui, 48 lbs in 7 weeks is borderline unhealthy. You should aim for no more than 5 pounds per week in order to keep your body nourished.

Kui; The only reason why it worked for you was because you worked really hard and exercised everyday, That is what really did the trick. Exercise is the only key to loose weight. Lazy people don't want to understand that. Always waiting for a miracle pill that makes them look like supermodels. Any pill with that much of caffeine is not healthy!. My cousin is been fighting with overweight for a long time and until she exercised she lost weight. She said once she drank those pills and they made her feel so bad, her heart was beating so fast she was scared. NOT recommendable!.

I personally didn't like it. It gave me serious jitters and anxiety the first 20 min I drank it. I was surprised about that as I don't normally get like that, i was too jittery to even work out, my heart was beating too fast and it made me nervous. I can see how it helps by speeding your metabolism up, but make sure you can tolerate it first!!!
