INGREDIENTS
Colonix contains an extensive ingredient list for each of the three products that comprise the treatment. One of the products is a powder and the other two are capsules. The primary ingredients are with psyllium husk, flax seed, fennel seed, licorice root, aloe vera, and peppermint leaf.
The Toxinout treatment also includes three distinct products, all of which are capsules. The capsules contain a variety of vitamins and minerals as well as ginseng, amino acids, probiotics, spirulina, wheat grass, barely grass, green tea extract and enzymes.
ADMINISTRATION
The Colonix treatment involves taking 2-4 capsules a day, one half to one full scoop of fiber powder once a day and one cup of a special tea once each evening. The fiber powder can be mixed in juice or in a smoothie.
The Toxinout treatment involves taking 7-9 capsules each day with either lunch or dinner.
DIET and EXERCISE
Although no particular diet or exercise routine is needed for Dr. Natura’s program to work; eating healthy foods is always a good idea. A diet containing plenty of organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds complements this program very well. Try to avoid or minimize red meats, cured meats, organ meats, refined foods, canned foods, sugar, salt, saturated fats, coffee, alcohol, food additives, colorings and preservatives, as well as nicotine while cleansing.
If you experience headaches or other discomfort, it is recommended to drink peppermint herbal tea.

I bought this with the hopes it would help my fiancee. His belly protruded like he was pregnant even though he was not fat. He also has chronic constipation. This is very expensive and the "powder" that you mix with water is like gravel and dirt. It does not disolved and it will make you gag. My fiancee followed it faithfully for a month and nothing changed. He ended up impacted and the doctors said he had a reaction to too much fiber.... Needless to say he stopped taking it. What a waste!!!!
this is not a diet. it's a colon health therapy. I did the whole thing and I never felt better in my life. I still take the fiber 4 or 5 times per week, and occasionally drink the tea. could actually taste the metals leaving my body. highly recommend. web site is WILD. must go look at what comes out....seariously.
