The Curves 30-Day Diet plan is a practical solution to eating better so that you can lose weight without counting points or eliminating entire groups of food.

Curves WEight Management Plan is great. I have lost 8 pounds in 6 months which is a big deal when you realize I was on a weight loss plateau for the previous 2 years (on another low cal diet plan). I am very seldom hungry, eat foods that I like, and am wearing clothes from 6 years ago!

The plan is very easy to follow. It employs the tip that Jillian gave on BL about surprising your body to keep your metabolism "confused". The shake recipes are amazing!
