Chrisso Diet is a new eBook available for those that want to get fit for life. This book is written by Chrisso Courtis and claims to be unlike any other diet program available. This program is said to help you lose weight fast and offers you the secrets to stay thin forever. The Chrisso Diet eBook includes three steps including a begin step, an add-on step and a maintenance step on the program. There are healthy recipes included and the program is completely broken down for you for easily following. Chrisso Courtis has a nutrition degree from Ashworth College and has done extensive research on the many diets available. Sugar, especially refined sugar is outlined as your number one enemy on this program. It is suggested that you use Stevia in place of any refined sugar because it is all natural and safe for you. Some other culprits that are outlined in this program include junk food, MSG, salt and cholesterol.

The Chrisso Diet claims to include principles that will help you get thin for life. There are three steps to the Chrisso Diet program including the begin step, the add-on step and the maintenance step. The begin step is designed to help you lose weight fast and speed up your metabolism. On this step you learn the secrets to becoming a leaner person. This step includes information on nutrition so that you can learn what your body truly needs. In the begin stage, starches are not allowed except in the morning and it must be in the form of cereal. This stage lasts for 20 days and you must avoid all fruit for the entire 20 days. There is also no alcohol allowed in the begin stage.
During the add-on step, you will incorporate more exercise and introduce more carbs into your diet. You are advised to watch out for starches like pasta, potatoes, rice and corn which can slow down your weight loss. You stay on this phase until you reach your goal weight. Once you have reached your goal weight you move into the maintenance step which is the final step of the program. This step allows you to eat whatever you want, in moderation. You can exercise less during maintenance and foods like doughnuts, candy, ice cream, general sweets, junk food and chips will be eliminated during the week.
