The Biggest Loser Yoga DVD is one that is designed for weight loss. Most people don’t think of weight loss when they think of a yoga workout but this DVD combines the two elements into one. This DVD is used during a six week program through which you progress through three different levels of yoga. At the beginning of each of your work outs, you will complete a five minute warm up to prepare your body for the work out. On weeks one and two you will be completing yoga level 1 which is 20 minutes in length. On weeks three and four you add yoga level 2 which is 15 minutes in length. Weeks five and six are when you add in yoga level 3 which is ten minutes in length. These yoga moves follow a sequence that challenges your strength and stamina. At the end of each workout is a five minute cool down which quiet your mind and body.

I think Bob Harper is awesome but if he thinks fat people can do these yoga moves, he's potentially certifiable. Within the first 10 minutes of the video, he has you doing a downward facing dog (I think) and lifting one leg in the air. Super hard on the shoulders, let me tell you. I couldn't finish it when I got it and still couldn't do it after I had dropped 80 pounds. This one is going to be collecting dust on the shelf for a long time.
