So, I've been wondering. What works better: Organic (with MOTHER) ACV or regular old ACV. I've had both and I've gotta say the organic stuff is ten times easier to drink. Regular ACV tastes way more acidic, so I feel like it's doing something.

For those of you who its worked for---which one did you drink? Regular or Organic?

I started this on Tuesday. So far I've lost one pound, with little to no exercise. I'm going to start working out more and see if that helps.

I've been drinking 2 tbsp of ACV with 8oz of water and half a teaspoon of honey. I have my doubts about this actually working...

I have been doing 2 tsp in a bottle of water with crystal light 3 times a day. Today is my 3rd day and I have unbelieveably bloating/gas like issues. Is this normal? Is it just my body adjusting?

i took cider vinegar for about 4 months with herbal water tablets because i was told that the cider vinegar tablets alone made me hold water. i lost 3 stone in 4 months with just watchin what i was eating and it worked for me..........

I have been reading the pages of posts on here and from what I've read, I think I am going to try it, too! I was getting ready to order some really expensive diet pills- even though I know that they are bad for you. I am going to try a more natural and CHEAPER way to go---plus my Grandmother has been drinking a tsp of ACV in her water every day for years- she is 84 and in great health!

i started this diet almost two wks ago, i've lost 4 lbs drinking acv and water, fast walking for an hour everyday and eating more veggies for dinner. I have no headaches, no (PMS) cramps and i feel alot more energy. i will continue to use it. It also cleared my skin in my face, its alot smoother.

hello all i started this diet i use the pills becasue i cant drink the vinager,i was just wondering what is supose to happen when you take this stuff what happens some people say you go to the bathroom alot and some say you will know when it is working i have been taking it for about 1 week so far and i stoped eating fatty foods and started healthy stuff,but i dont go to the bathroom alot and in fact i have trouble pooping is there something wrong

please don't drint it w/o diluting it in water, it will hurt your stomach, and scratch your throat. Dilute 1 tbs of acv with a glass of water before each meal GOOD LUCK!

I had just got WII fit and it told me I was overweight. ((STUPID WII LOL)) I do remember my grandmother telling me about this diet, but growing up she told me that when going on this diet you should not have anything cold to drink. For the reason it chills the body so the body has a harder time to process. I weight 172 and hope to get down to 130ish. Headed back to Cali this summer and would like to look better in a two peice. Hello there i started the getting the acv last week on monday march 29 and up to now april 5 i have lost 4 lbs just for one week that started but of course im driking lost of water. Lets see how it goes and plus im not eating any bread, cracker, rice or anything like that i eat in the morning a wheat toast with a cup of lactaid milk, then three hours later a snack apple, banana , and then i take the vinergar with water half- an hour before lunch and then before dinner and so on.
