DIET and EXERCISE

There are several meal plans available when using Almased. You can choose which plan you want to follow based on your personal goals. Those wanting to lose weight can use the Figure Plan which is followed for 14 days and allows you to lose up to 10 pounds within that time. On the first three days you have three shakes and no physical meals. On day four you implement one meal at lunch and continue with two shakes in place of breakfast and dinner. This phase continues through day seven. The next stage lasts from day eight through 10. During this phase you eat breakfast and lunch while having a Almased shake for dinner. Your final stage is the life stage. During this stage you eat three meals per day and have an Almased drink with your breakfast. With your program guide, you will also receive some meal suggestions and recipes. The program guides only deal with your eating habits. There is no exercise guidance provided.

CONCLUSION

The Almased program sounds like one that would be good for trying to jump start your weight loss. The product has been used for several years and includes completely natural ingredients. Using the Almased shakes can be helpful and it doesn’t require you commit to a long term liquid diet. Instead you give your body a break from physical food for just three days and slowly transition back to three healthy meals each day over a two week period. It is important to remember with this or any meal replacement program or supplement that you must implement diet and exercise to get lasting results.
