Well, unfortunately I did the trial subscription before I read these reviews. I ordered it about an hour ago and did notice there wasnt much information but I figured Oprah, Rachal Ray, CNN, Wall St. Journal, etc. so I would give it a try. Once I read these reviews I said well, let me call the company and see what they have to say; the phone rung, someone picked up and then hung up, this happened 3 times. I then looked for contact information on the sight to send an email, NONE. By now I had decided I wanted to just cancel my order, I dont need the aggravation that comes with the free trial. I marched right up stairs and cancelled the credit card I used and will just wait for another one. Ultimately, the most they will get out of me is the $5.95 and if they attempt to continue the subsccription, when they try to charge the $90 something dollars, it will show the account has been closed. Who needs to be annoyed to this extent, there is enough going on in the world. Good Luck to the rest of you, Bonnie

Big disappointment.
I ordered the free trial too, and it took forever to ship. I received it 2 weeks after I ordered and than I tried calling to cancel before the 15 free trial order was over, but yeah the phone number doesn't even work!! How should I cancel this??? I don't want to be paying for this!! What do I say when I call my bank about this, so my card doesn't get charged?
so i've been researching all over to see if this product is a scam. Luckily i stumble to this site cause i tried calling the number of their refund department just to see if the number works, and guess what? it doesn't-the phone hangs up on you. NOT A WORKING NUMBER!!! I called 10 times from 3 different numbers.

I agree with the others who think it's a scam. I tried ordering some acai supplements from Acai Berry Supreme (500 does this too) and couldn't get through the phone lines. Check on the bottom for a "Terms" and try calling the number yourself. I canceled my credit card immediately!
Complete scam, phone number never works and the charge your bank account immediately and theres no way to cancel future orders that you won't even recieve run!!!!!
If you happen to lose your brain for a moment and order like I did. Call your bank right away. They will either stop payment if it's soon enough or have you come in and file a dispute so they don't get your money. Also, I would suggest canceling your credit/bank card so they don't have all of your information.
This acai berry stuff is a spoof! The ONE telephone number they have on their website does NOT work, so if you want to cancel your order or get a refund, you are screwed.

Never got the product and when i tried to call to cancel the number went straight to dead air and disconnected. My card was never charged the 5.95 so i called my bank to make sure they didn't get any money from me. What a SCAM!!!
