read the fine print.. it is free trial for 14 days then you need to pay
I am also having the same problem!!! I order the free trial bottle and was charged 49.99 for two other products that I did'nt even order. When I called I spoke to a customer service rep and they insisted that I also click on the other two products they sent me. So I am planning to send it back!! I did'nt get charged for the acai pills from what it says on the invoice but I am planning to send the other products back. I just started taking the acai pills I notice a boost in energy so lets see what happens in a few weeks I'll send you a update!!
I just got the free trial in the mail. I canceled right away. The 1st time I called I got through right away without any additional charges. I have not tried it yet, I wanted to cancel right after I received so in case I didn't like it I wouldn't be billed. If I like it I could always order it again. It was quick and no hassle at all. I was assured only shipping was charged to my c-card and was given a cancel #. My wait time on the phone was about 2 minutes.
yeah they keep charging me to. what i jus did was call my bank and they put a hold on my account so that company cant ever charge my accont again. as far as the one fee they say to call the company and if they dont reienburse you they will send you to the claims dept and they will help
If you really want this product you can just buy it from where Acai Berry Boom buys it at a tenth of the price.
You should not buy the 4:1 extract but the higher priced freeze dried acai. Acai berries, being high in fat (good fat), need to be freeze dried to retain the antioxidants and other nutritional properties that make it going out of the way for. The 4:1 extract, like Acai Berry Boom uses, is worthless. You'd get more benefit from eating a carrot. Companies like Acai Berry Boom don't care that their selling junk and they don't want to pay extra for the freeze dried acai, the only kind worth consuming.
I just received my free trial, but luckily a week after I ordered them and check out the terms and conditions and saw that you had to call to cancel and of course you get nobody, and there is nobody you can e-mail or anything. After I did research and people were calling the banks to cancel their credit or debit cards (seems to be the only way to make it stop) so before I was even charged the shipping fee for the free trial i cancelled my card so I wouldn't have to deal with the ongoing charges. Yeah, big scam seems like.... my advice don't order, but if you do and you then see you will be charged monthly and cannot cancel cancel you card!
i havent even tried the free trial yet, i am not hearing anything good about this product and the fact that the company keeps sending you more and charging you for it is nothing more than a scam, if this product is so good let the people decide if they want to order more dont just keep sending it and taking the money!!if i want more i will order it myself, and you should mention the fact that it is auto ship on your site!!

I also fell for the free trial offer. I received another just the other day. I have tried calling the phone number on the bottle and the one that was on my credit card charge, several times. I get a recording saying they will connect me to the customer service. I hear one ring and then a dial tone. Never get to talk to anyone to cancel my order. I was charged $89.32. This is the biggest rip-off I've ever seen. Now I need to know how to get that order cancelled!!!! I don't want anymore shipments and I certainly don't want to spend $90 a month!!!!!!!!! Can anyone tell me how to get through to the company and get this cancelled before I get another bottle???????
Same here received a trail bottle and two weeks later another bottle came and charge to my debt card, there is no say of them doing so when ordering a trail offer. I am sending it back. Be careful when ordering anything with you credit card or debt card they will take what and when they can.
