I am so glad to have tried to research this product. i have put on some weight and although I am average weight now i do not like it and wanted help in my weight loss process. I saw the advertisement on facebook because it popped up every other screen and thought why not. Then I responsibly read the terms of conditions and had second thoughts but was willing to just pay for it and hope for a refund if I didn't like the taste. Thankfully I decided to research this product and read all these helpful comments. I dont think I would have been good at forcing myself to drink something that not only didn't taste good but was expensive on top of that. thank you everyone for the help!

Scam artists! If you look at the "If it wasn't for Ultra Lean Green, I ..." girl it's dietgirl who never used their stuff. I expect all the other claims are bull as well

I'll be honest...I was intrigued, but I always look for more information before I try something. I was glad to see a lot of these reviews. The website is sketchy. There are no links to read ingredients of the product, no link to success stories, and there's nothing that tells you the cost. Let's face it...the best way to lose weight is a lifestyle change, and it doesn't even have to be a huge one. My sister and I have been on the Flat Belly Diet, and that has really worked for us so far. It's not even really a diet so much as a healthy eating plan that's easy to continue. In the past 5 months, she's lost nearly 20 pounds, and I've lost ten (because I'm bad and I cheat more than she does). But even with my cheating, I've still managed to lose weight, and I'm not starving throughout the day. To anyone reading this, please, please, please...do something healthy for yourself. Pounds don't come off over night, but they can over weeks if you give it a chance.

I ordered this stuff last night, but kept waking up with a "bad" feeling about what I had just done. I got back on the website this morning and read the "fine"details of it. Then I found the website on which I am currently talking to you and I read all of the comments that you all have left. I decided to call this morning and cancel it. I called 866-540-9633 and spoke with a guy who was very polite and helpful in cancelling it. I read one of your comments where you said that I should call back 2-3 times just to be sure it is cancelled. I asked the man if there was a confirmation number that he could give me with the cancellation and he gave me his name and operator number. I will call back to be sure, though. Good luck everybody! I wish I were smart enough to come up with a miracle cure for all of us that would be safe, economical, and reliable! Oh, and I am still waiting to win the lottery and find that genie in a bottle, too! :)

I ordered this product a week ago and want to cancel immediately! I've tried calling the 1-866 number but no one is answering! Is there another way of canceling this product?

UhOhhhh

I ordered it without checking this thing...and now that I checked it....I feel like an idiot. I read other reviews from a Facebook ad and everyone seemed to love it...how do I get my money back now?

Yo Mama

It has been scientifically proven if you drink 20 oz. of green tea every day and do NOTHING else, you will lose 8 lbs in a year. Also, try taking a cinnamon supplement. Yes, it's just cinnamon in a capsule. It is good for your digestion & for your blood sugar. For women, it even helps prevent yeast infections. It also helps with weight loss, but there's a # of benefits to cinnamon. So, everyone, go to Costco & get a thing of cinnamon supplements.

I can't believe I fell for this crap! I should have known better. They just sent me the 2nd shipment at 69.87. I mailed it back "return to sender" and asked for my money back. It will probably take forever for them to do this. I called and no one answered. I will not stop calling. Maybe the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU needs to be contacted. Look at all the comments and they are all the same! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. It's total B.S. DAMN, WAS I NOT THINKING. I didn't see the comment section.

Hey guys! I ordered this stuff a couple days ago, read the reviews, so I called and canceled. They said the trial was already sent, and I could keep that free of charge. They said they canceled the account so I should not have any charge on my card. They also said I could keep the trial free of charge. I guess we will wait and see...

One other thing to note, as I called and confirmed this, is that your 14 days of trial start from the day you order and not from when you receive you trial package. This is why I guess many people end up getting charged, as they start counting 14 days much later than they should. Hope this helps.

Be very careful, I called when I did not get my tea for 11 days and they said to call if it didn't come in 3 days. Then they shipped it(I had tracking number from post office) AND they shipped another product with it and told me today I am being charged 35 bucks because I didn"t uncheck the default order for the moringa leaf (some miracle leaf powder-wow). Glad I didn't open it, back it goes with the rest of the Ultra Green Tea. Product wasn't bad but I hate the business model; dishonest is my word. If I see incorrect charges on my credit card I will pursue this relentlessly.

I'm still waiting to see if it's a scam. So far I have concluded that it is NOT. I READ the TERMS AND CONDITIONS like you SHOULD, and learned that after my 14 day trial I will be charged 70 some odd dollars if i do not cancel. So I got mine in the mail today, and I called them up and canceled immediately. I don't know what you guys are talking about with bad customer service because I got a guy on the phone pronto. I told him I wanted to cancel, we went through the process, and I asked him if I should send any of the product back, or if I would be charged, yadayadayada. He said I did not have to send anything back and that my account was fully canceled. It was actually really easy. After reading all of theses comments I thought it would be a nightmare. Hopefully they don't charge me with anything else, though. And hey, I get to keep a 30 day supply!

I started the free trial last week and am really enjoying it. I think it tastes good, I'm not hungry and I have more energy. I actually ordered it months ago but never recieved my package, so I called them after noticing that they started billing me for the monthly $69 and the reversed the charges without issue (next day on my bank statement) and asked if I would like them to re-send the trail product. I said yes and now after starting I'm glad I did. I like it. Keep you all updated in a couple of weeks about weight loss.
