Because its based on eating extremely healthily. She is a genius, I swear. I love this diet. She also has a website that people go to and write in recipe's and chat. posted Mar 18th, 2008 3:04 pm

This program changed my life! You are never hungry and you eat the best foods in the world! The hard part? You have to get off the two most addictive drugs in the world: sugar adn caffiene. I have so much healthier and slimmer!

The amazing thing about this way of eating is it kills your sweet tooth. It along with the South Beach diet make it is easy to turn away from refined carbs.

Rules number 2 is NOT true; it is not part of the Somersize recommendations. This diet is great! Eating carbs and drinking diet sodas (and real ones) will make you crave more carbs. Once you get away from the sugar you don't crave it anymore.

There are NO calorie restrictions in Somersizing; and it is the LEAST rigid way of eating I have ever done. You do NOT count calories at all.
