Dude! the acne thing is true. I started to use relacore and pop pop pop-the worst acne. I couldn't figure it out. Even as a teen I never had acne like this. It took MONTHS to clear up.

This was a nightmare for me. I developed acne so bad that it literally hurt to touch my face. It was like my skin was rubbed raw. I have acne scars to prove it. I have been using Relacore for about a month now and since using Relacore have quit smoking. I used to smoke and average of 5 cigarettes a day but after I started Relacore was able to cut back to 2 a day and finally quit. I have not had a cigarette for 14 days now and credit most of that to Relacore. I have always exercised regularly without really losing any weight. Since using Relacore I have been able to fit into my clothes more comfortably. My mood is much better and I am able to sleep better also.

Agreed with kim here... I'm going the walmart route I actually only started Relacore three days ago but noticed a difference as of day 2 (yesterday) that things that would normally upset me werent. Today my normal 1 mile run suddenly became 2 miles and im still pumped with energy and dont even hurt. It's not even a jittery energy but more of an "omg i just ran 2 miles, i couldnt do that in high school" sort... and yet I know that in 2 hours when I go to bed I'll sleep like a baby. As well, I only slept 5 hours last night and didnt have any caffeine before work, but really didnt feel groggy... the sleep I did get was a lot more refreshing than ever before.

I have been using Relacore for 2 weeks. Before Relacore I had a moderate to high level of stress and while stressed I would find myself eating anything sweet even when I am not hungry. Since using Relacore I have noticed reduced stress and less snacking. I make better eating choices and am more focused and alert. However I notice that I get dizzy after taking two pills so I am going to try taking one 3 times a day instead and see if it still has the same affect.

I have been taking relacore, i have noticed I stay focused more, as well as I stopped biting my nails, It baffeled me so I stopped taking it for about 3 wks, I notice after just 1 week I was staying stressed, not focusing, and my nails were back the way they use to be. I have begun to take it again. as far as the weight loss. I have found the best way to loose weight is to not eat after 7pm, drink water, I also walk daily.
