Relacore
Otherwise known as the Belly Fat Pill.
It's advertised as the stress and belly fat-reducing formula that could help you win the battle with the bulge once and for all. Relacore contains only natural ingredients and is specially formulated to reduce stress and, as a result, belly fat (also known as cortisol). Relacore suggests there is a correlation between the build up of fat in your midsection and stress. Relacore also suggests that this fat in your midsection is the most dangerous in your body as it heightens your risk for some diseases.
Relacore should be taken to compliment a healthy diet and exercise. The supplement is formulated to target hormones to reduce stress. In doing so, you're less likely to eat because of stress or anxiety and will be able to lose unsightly belly fat. It does not try to sell itself as a fat burner, as it is not. Some users have started to see noticeable results in the first two or three weeks of use.
Relacore also offers a nighttime formula (Relacore PM). It offers the same results and ingredients as original Relacore, with the only difference being a sleep aid that is not habit forming.

Many other natural ingredients are used, including a proprietary formula with magnolia bark, passion flower, panax ginseng and others.

Stress and weight loss are two major concerns among American women. Relacore claims to be the number one product in America, having helped thousands of women manage their stress and, with healthy diet and exercise, lose belly fat. Relacore includes recognizable, natural ingredients and does not contain any stimulants like caffeine, which are commonly used in diet aids. The website does not go in to a lot of detail and there is not a free trial offered. Relacore suggests visiting with your doctor before using its product to ensure it's right for you.

(Page 3 of 4)I have been taking relacore for 4 weeks now and i have lost a great amount of weight. everyone cant take everything it all depends on your body itself.
Well I just purchased Relacore and I have taken in all the comments. I am going to give it a try. I have to do something to jumpstart this weightloss. I just pray that I have good results.
I have tried both relacore and slimquick. I have found that relacore works much faster and i lost weight however i didnt like the fact that i broke out in pimples. With slimquick it makes me sleepy and the weight loss is much slower but after the third week i can see a noticeable change in my weight and with either one of them i am not as hyper as i was. So really both worked for me slimquick does not help with the belly fat though but relacore does.
I just finished a bottle that I purchased to complement my diet. I've lost 11 pounds in three weeks, but I can't honestly gage what was Relacore and what was the diet. I will say it seemed to help my mood and my ability to focus. I've been off it now for three days, and I'm realizing I'm not feeling quite as good as I had. Now, again--that may be attributed to other things. I can't say for certain. I can say I'm thinking I'm going to purchase more Relacore.
Try taking half the dose, with exercise. Duh
i never got acne off this im 19 i take it as a energy supplemtn when clubbin or raving works fine
Whew! I almost bought it today. I'm glad I didn't. I definitely don't need acne!
Geez! Forget the added stress in physical side effects. Just learn about healthy eating - good carbs and bad carbs. Make good choices. As far as exercising; get out and just do it. Its work - yes, but you've heard the expression, "no pain no gain!" Exercise produces endorphins which helps us with stress. The payoff is worth it once you get your body conditioned, you'll see it. I used to be in a depression and gain 20 lbs. I was on a antidepressant, basically life really sucked. But I got out of that rut, exercised and started eating right by getting educated. Now I am happily a size 8, I am 5'8", pretty good for gal my size. I still deal with stress but I learned I make the decision to have it break me or live above that line. Hope this helps someone.
The first time i tried Relacore i followed the directions exactly as stating on the bottle. after a couple days i noticed that when taking Relacore pm i would fall asleep quickly but i would wake up several times during the night. Then after about a week i started getting headaches...more like migranes. i ALSO got very bad acne...horrible acne which i had never had before...face, neck, back...i didn't realize it could have been from the pills but i stopped relacore because of the sleep disturbances and the headaches and they got better (my stress level increased a bit but i was happy to sleep all night and see my acne and headaches go away). so ANYWAYS>..i tried it again after being off of it for 2 months. the headaches, acne and waking up during the night started again very soon after taking the pills. my educated guess...these pills are great for women who want to reduce the stress they mentally and physically feel but it wont affect weight loss unless you diet and excercise regularly. I think the pills more take that emotional and physical stress and turn it into symtoms...everyone reacts to stress differently...but its common for women to get a zit or have troubles sleeping when that stress is in our lives. Relacore took away the mental strain but my body took the aftermath of everything. i would suggest talking to your doctor about relacore before taking it...if stress is the problem you have then they will most likyl have something better and FDA approved for you to take. and if losing weight is what you need help with...they will most likly suggest diet, excerice and maybe a multi vitamin...NOT relacore.
ordered online, 120 pills $34 and change I think. Took pills for 3 days, and Ugh... nauseated, jittery, dizzy and just over all feeled yucky. Energy boost? Sure.. but had to lay down because it made me sick.. Not to mention my forehead broke out. So moral of the story, no thanks. I flushed them. Its alot of hype. Im going to try NV.
Okay, Does this really give you acne? Wtf? I dont no if i should take this....Or just go on a regular diet. I just dont no anymore
Better mood? Check. Acne? Check. Weight loss? Only 1 lb. gone in almost 4 weeks of diet and exercise. Oh... and did I mention gas and bloating? Totally not worth it.
I am trying Relacore for the second time, but purchase it somewhere like CVS..I got it today for 19.99 for 120 capsules!! I have taken it before, and actually did not lose much weight, but my stress level was down..Very important to me, because the least little thing can stress me out here lately.
Dude! the acne thing is true. I started to use relacore and pop pop pop-the worst acne. I couldn't figure it out. Even as a teen I never had acne like this. It took MONTHS to clear up.
This was a nightmare for me. I developed acne so bad that it literally hurt to touch my face. It was like my skin was rubbed raw. I have acne scars to prove it. I still struggle with the acne problem. I have yet to find an acne product that will work to relief me from my nightmare. ADHERE TO THE WARNING
Diva & Skyla, look for the NOVA programs about the changed, Corporate paid and motivated FDA. It isn't what it used to be in the old days. We're all sorry about that change in the USA.
Diva ~ Because the FDA approves of artificial sweeteners, like Splenda, and other crap that actually does more harm than good. the FDA is mentally handicapped. Obviously.
Not FDA approved? Is it still safe?
I have been on Relacore for 9 days. I have started working out and eating right during the 9 days. I have lost weight and been in a better mood. Does Relacore work...who knows! Eat healthy and work out and of course you will see a difference.
I HAVE NOT TRIED IT YET, AND NOT PLANNING ON. WHY WOULD YOU TRY SOMETHING IF IT'S NOT FDA APPOVED?
