(Page 4 of 4)Ihave ordered tons of stuff via the net to "boost meatabolism" & curb my appetitie. I have also tried numerous otc weight loss aids.
PHENTERMINE IS ABSOLUTELY THE ONLY WEIGHT LOSS PILL WORTH THE TIME, EFFORT & MONEY. I LITERALLY TRIED EVERYTHING VIA THE NET "TO BOOST THE METABOLISM" - I DON'T THINK ANYTHING CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT PHENERMINE DEFINETELY CURBS YOUR APPETITE.( & I FOUND THAT ALL OF THE WORRISIME SIDE EFFECT SUBSIDED QUICKLY). IT IS VERY EFFECTIVE AT SUPRESSING THE APPETITE!!!!! But it doesn't even claim to boost your metabolism - because nothing really can make that claim. If you can't get Phentermine, I've found quality Hoodia to effectively curb my appetite - but again - no metabolism boost. IN MY OPINION YOU WOULD DO WELL TO FIND A GOOD APPETITE SUPPRESSENT & WORK OUT - VARYING CARDIO & WEIGHT TRAINING AS OFTEN AS IS HEALTHY IN YOUR CASE.
I lost about 25lbs in 3 months without being hungry at all. I did have trouble sleeping some nights but the weight loss was worth it. I have since gained most of the weight back. I didn't change my eating habits and I think that was what ruined a good thing for me.
i lost 60 lbs on this after 4 months. only problem is when i took it in the morning, by nighttime i was thirsty. so i lost a lot of sleep during the night by trying to keep from getting dry mouth. i resort back to the phentermine. i kept the weight off for years but then had a car accident which put it all back on.
