INGREDIENTS
Nuphedrine contains certified, 20X South African Hoodia, Advantra-Z in the 30X potency and Slimaluma.
Here is a breakdown of the three ingredients of Nuphedrine and how they work to help you lose weight:
Advantra-Z alone is supposed to help you burn an extra 500 calories a day with its 30X "Extra Strength" concentration. Advantra-Z claims that it enhances weight loss, increases lean muscle mass, improves athletic performance and suppresses appetite.
Hoodia contains a compound called ‘P57’, which is a molecule that makes you feel full. But only pure hoodia contains this special molecule. Many studies have shown that even though a product may claim it is pure hoodia or certified hoodia, it is not the real thing. The hoodia contained in NuPhedrine is concentrated 20 times and has a standardized guaranteed 20:1 ratio rating.
The third ingredient in Nuphedrine , Slimaluma is sends signals to your brain while you’re eating telling you that you’re full. Given its effects on satiety, a little amount of food can go along way in tricking you into feeling that you’ve eaten enough to quell your appetite even though very little food has been consumed.
ADMINISTRATION
It is recommended that you take three capsules of Nuphedrine per day. Two capsules should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or 1-2 hours after eating. The third capsule should be taken at mid-day to help get you through the evening.

There are no specific dietary or exercise recommendations while taking any Nuphedrine but the company does recommend that you follow a sensible eating and exercise plan.

Bella66..........if you KNOW regular exercise and eating right is the way to lose weight, why are you looking for a diet pill? I’m so sick of lazy fat procrastinating people that tell others how to lose weight. If you know how to lose weight, JUST GO AND DO IT. Stop looking for diet pills and stop telling others how to lose weight. Is anyone with me on this? I personally believe that exercise and eating right is essential. Drinking lots of water and getting good nights sleep is also good. I personally wouldn’t take diet pills if I didn’t need them, but unlike these idealists, I live in the real world. And in the real world I work all day and when I get home I have a number of things I have to do. And guess what, after everything is done, I’m exhausted. I used to take ephedrine supplements in the past and it helped me get through the day and gave me energy to work out after getting home. So don’t sit there and judge those who need a little extra help.

Good Morning to All! I went to weigh in and not any good numbers. I pick up a pound. I Might take two pills in the morning instead of one. To Tara what you are saying is true. If someone know how to lose weight then why write in on a diet Blog. I hate when people like to pretend. I know I need the extra help. I have three Kids and work a full time Job. So sometimes I eat things that I don't need to. But thats why I get back on track the next Day. Anyway to all who are trying to lose weight have Faith and don't give up. Do anyone need a partner? I used this product for 2 weeks and i havent noticed anything... im better off dieting and working out 5 days a week. it was a waste of $$

I purchased this product and it arrived in 4 business days (US). I started taking the pills today (2/20/08) and I am not hungry at all - usually I am hitting the vending machine mid day - I hope this product is similar, if not better, than the original Metabolife with the Ephedra. That product was the best. I'll let you know how my weight loss progresses.

I have been on the pills for 2 days and lost 3 pounds. I am not on a special diet but cut down on the amount I eat. I am not hungry at most times and sometimes takes 2 pills instead of one, if hungry pains occurs. Its worth trying out. I exercised regularly but needed an etra boost.

To laura Sorry about your lost. But what give you the right to judge anyone. If you feel that way then why in the HELL you on this website. I would be somewhere talking out loud about the pills that took my mother away from me. But I guess you don't have nothing else to do but sit and judge people.
