Nuphedrine is a highly-sought after, but highly controversial diet supplement. It contains two key ingredients which have been implicated in aiding weight loss: Advantra-Z and Hoodia. Advantra-Z alone is supposed to help you burn an extra 500 calories a day with its 30X "Extra Strength" concentration. Advantra-Z claims that it enhances weight loss, increases lean muscle mass, improves athletic performance and suppresses appetite.
Hoodia contains a compound called ‘P57’, which is a molecule that makes you feel full. But only pure hoodia contains this special molecule. Many studies have shown that even though a product may claim it is pure hoodia or certified hoodia, it is not the real thing. The hoodia contained in NuPhedrine is concentrated 20 times and has a standardized guaranteed 20:1 ratio rating.
The third ingredient in Nuphedrine , Slimaluma is sends signals to your brain while you’re eating telling you that you’re full. Given its effects on satiety, a little amount of food can go along way in tricking you into feeling that you’ve eaten enough to quell your appetite even though very little food has been consumed.
ADMINISTRATION
It is recommended that you take three capsules of Nuphedrine per day. Two capsules should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach or 1-2 hours after eating. The third capsule should be taken at mid-day to help get you through the evening.

i have ordered my bottle about 2 1/2 weeks ago, i was getting angry b/c i thought someone stole it off of my porch. but i got them. ummm for now i feel a little jittery, but as u move around and do things that feeling goes away fast. if u sit there u feel worse. so move around to balance it out.. i can say that it does help with my cravings. i use to use pure ephedra. and exenadrine a while ago. now i have 5 boys and i am 28 years old. so now i need something that will work since i work from home and i am always here. i work out 5 days out of a week . i have only been using this product for 2 days ...i am afraid to weigh in b/c i am afraid of the results so maybe i will wait till i see a diff. in my body tramendously than i will weigh in. i have had 4 c-sections so its hard for me to do this with out pills.. i eat healthy. but i do have kids that bring in hot fries and junk food and i wanna nibble. i havent been in a while. for those who cant sleep. try not to take the pill after 6 pm.. when i use to use ephedrine a while back i lost a lb a day. and i felt like crap. i went from 215 lbs to 117 i swear.. i dont expect this pill to do that b/c i am a skeptic.i will do anything to stay small. but i recently ordered anoretix. and the results of that suck i mean it did nothing and everyone was going nuts about it .. saying how good it was. and i waisted my money and now i cant get in contact with anyone,the phone #they gave me it is some lady on a machine that never call back.. but i hope this work i will be on in about 2 weeks to post and to tell the truth about the product.. if it dont work i want my cash back b/c this s*** cost too much darn money to be just giving away. i would rather give my money to homeless hungry kids.. why do ppl got to make fake pills.. but so far no bad results.. just try to eat healthy since u dont have a big hungry taste for food and sweets. ttyl.. much luv...
I only had 10# to lose & have taken Nuphedrine a couple times a week since December. I only lost 3# but I did increase my exercise so maybe FAT turned to MUSCLE :-) There was a question near the top about being on the toilet more often - YES! But I'm thinking of returning due to queasy feeling that makes me want to nibble to prevent barf feeling. And I just read the label and noticed YOHIMBE is one of the ingredients. I'm healthy but I don't want to risk kidney disease. I'm going to look up how to return the product & get refund.

I've been on nuphedrine for about a week and haven't noticed a difference at all. I'm wondering if I should increase my dosage. Does anyone know if that's safe? I workout and the only thing I've noticed is that it's getting easier to get up off the couch and hit the gym, but I don't know if that's really because of this pill.
does anyone know if nuphedrin is fda approved? i look at many websites but none gave a straight foward answer.

I have been on these pills over a month. I have been eating healthier (1500-1800 cals./day) and exercising (but not much, unfortunately). I have been losing about 3-4 lbs. a week. Great stuff! Just makes me a little jittery (but not as bad as when I have a cup of coffee). Also, I noticed that I have been getting headaches...prob. from caffiene. Anyone else having other side effects?
I started my pill on 2/14/08. And really can't wait to see how I cut back on food. And start to lose some ugly FAT. I will weigh myself next week cross your finger!
nuphedrine worked for me and i've tried other diet pills and this is the only one that actually helped. great quality - packaging could use some work, but i'm one that def doesn't judge a book by it's cover

To the Anonymous writer who mentioned Tylenol. Tylenol is a medicine. Most countries that have a legal framework for the control of medicines have rules about maintaining a consistent appearance. This is so that the medicine can be easily visually identified in an emergency (such as an overdose or child poisoning) even if it is without its packaging. Nuphedrin is a supplement, like vitamin or herbal pills, rather than a medicine. That means that the manufacturers are not governed by the rules on appearance that apply to medicines and can use whichever batch of gel capsules is most cost effective or available.
My pills are red and white. I started the pills today- 2/16/08. I received my pills in 6 days. I will let everyone know how it works.
I was really going to order these diet pills when I started reading at the top of the page. The more I read however really made me decide to just save my money. I have tried a few different diet pills and really nothing works like regular exercise and eating right. I'll just start doing that again.

Bella66..........if you KNOW regular exercise and eating right is the way to lose weight, why are you looking for a diet pill? I’m so sick of lazy fat procrastinating people that tell others how to lose weight. If you know how to lose weight, JUST GO AND DO IT. Stop looking for diet pills and stop telling others how to lose weight. Is anyone with me on this? I personally believe that exercise and eating right is essential. Drinking lots of water and getting good nights sleep is also good. I personally wouldn’t take diet pills if I didn’t need them, but unlike these idealists, I live in the real world. And in the real world I work all day and when I get home I have a number of things I have to do. And guess what, after everything is done, I’m exhausted. I used to take ephedrine supplements in the past and it helped me get through the day and gave me energy to work out after getting home. So don’t sit there and judge those who need a little extra help.

Good Morning to All! I went to weigh in and not any good numbers. I pick up a pound. I Might take two pills in the morning instead of one. To Tara what you are saying is true. If someone know how to lose weight then why write in on a diet Blog. I hate when people like to pretend. I know I need the extra help. I have three Kids and work a full time Job. So sometimes I eat things that I don't need to. But thats why I get back on track the next Day. Anyway to all who are trying to lose weight have Faith and don't give up. Do anyone need a partner?
