when i used metabolife weight management (stage 2), my appetite was curved, and i lost a few pounds. however, i had an insane thirst, upset stomach, and on/off headaches. i dont recommend these (im positive these problems were all a result of the diet pills). the same results as if i had exercised my booty off. ;o)

This is day 2 for me so far i like i try so many diet pills to help me get energy even try b12 shots nothing work but this product boost my energy I'm more active and it helps me eat less im so excited to see the results wish me luck

Today is my first day and my stomach has been soooooo messed up! I can't be certain it is from the pills, and I sure hope it isn't. But, I guess I will lose weight if my stomach stays this way, lol.

I've only been taking it for one day, so it's difficult to say how much it will work. I did lose a pound since yesterday though. I did notice that when I hit the gym last night, I was able to work out harder and do more weights. Normally at the gym I feel sluggish and want to give up early, but last night I felt like I could just keep on going.

I really liked it at first. Lost five pounds within the first 10 days, but then I started crying all the time for no reason. I researched side effects and noticed people had depressions issues with this. Everything else ws great except for that one huge drawback. So I'm no longer taking it and my mood is great.

For some reason this stuff made me sick and have rectal bleeding. This is the reason I stopped taking it.

Back when it had ephedra in it I lost 65 lbs in 5 months. Now it's not like it was. I wish I could still find the original.

I've been using this product for a short while and like It. I'm posting to caution that the "caffeine free" version contains 35mg of caffeine Per Pill-it says so right on the package. Takung the recommended dosage per day is almost as much caffeine as drinking 3 redbulls.

i have been on metabolife forr two days i am a smoker and i think that is the only reason i feel light headed some times especially after smoking but i deff see a difference in two days although i have been on a strict diet for two weeks in the last two days ive been hitting the gym twice as hard due to the high energy metabolife gives me! I feel great and it has actually helped me cut down on smoking and may actually help me quit because of the dizzy spells but other than that i am loving this pill i feel like my thighs have shrunk already!!! I DEFF RECOMEND BEST 20 DOLLARS EVER SPENT!!!

Just looking into buying this at the store today. i am going to start weight watchers and working out regularly to pair with this. By reading this it seems that not many people have crazy side effects- thats what scares me the most. Any comments on this? Also - does the caffeine free work just as well as the regular? I would prefer not to take all the caffeine bc it dehydrates you, etc. Thanks

I am on day 5 of Metabolife Ultra and so far i would say i have def. seen a difference in my energy and eating habits. I have stopped snacking between meals and cut out junk food. As far as my energy it has become higher but i noticed if i sit down and relax i start to feel a little bit depressed.

I am not sure whether to say I like it or not. The first week I lost 3 pounds and the next week I gained it back. Week 3 and I am bouncing daily between 1 and 2 pounds. I like the fact that I have more energy without the heart palpatations and jittery feelings but I have been sooooo gassey.

I started taking metabolife 3 days ago, and I've already lost 4 lbs. I take it 3 times a day and work out for about an hour a day. I'm sure what I've lost is just water weight, but metabolife seems to be working. Unlike other diet pills, I have yet to experience a raised heart rate or severe "downs." I am just trying metabolife to lose about 10 unwanted pounds, and I think I can do it with the help of metabolife. The weight should be off in a few weeks if I continue my diet and exercise!

I am on day 4 with metabolife ultra and gosh let me tell you the changes... I had no energy and was dying to find anything that would change that. boy, did it... also bloat was a huge issue everything bloated me up now with metabolife i noticed the bloating yuck feeling gone day 2 and counting. I will keep you posted on where this leads... :)

I'm George and ive been takeing metabolife for a day now and i have to say it really does what it says, seeing how ive only been on it for one day the fat loss part i cant tell yet but the appitite control and metabolism lift works ive always been a big guy i have a 18'' neck all muscle 38'' chest all muscle 20 inch arms all muscle but a 53'' waist witch is alot of muscle but alot of fat too my legs are mostly muscle but alot of fat around the knee area and high thigh area.
