In Germany, it says on the package: do not use if you are under 16 years old or have a body mass index of under 26. if pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor first. so be careful. eat healthy, get some exercise, and you won't need any pills

I have been taking this for 3 days, i feel sick after working out but throughout the day i feel good .. dont know wat the problem is! finding out soon hope everything is ok
