Leptopril
Here's a weight loss supplement not unlike many others, but at a generic price.
Leptopril is a diet pill solution that is made specifically for obese and significantly overweight individuals. Leptopril classifies these people as having more than twenty pounds of additional weight or a body mass index of more than 27. Leptopril is a generic version of the popular diet pill Leptoprin-SD. It offers the same dosage, results and ingredients at a more affordable cost.
Not only does Leptopril market itself as the sure-fix for those battling their weight, it's also a strong stimulant that will give you back needed energy. The Leptopril formula reduces sugar in the blood after meals, burns fat and provides increased energy. Leptopril is taken twice daily with your two largest meals.
The ingredients for Leptopil were not published on the product site. There are many natural ingredients included, but also many sources of caffeine. Caffeine does have side effects such as headache, high blood pressure, nausea and racing heart. Leptopil also includes:
- Guarana
- Yerba mate
- Green tea
- Ma huang
- Kola nut
- Kelp
- Weight loss solution for the significantly overweight
- Generic pills allow a price break
- Contains a significant amount of caffeine
- No FDA approval
- Website does not publish ingredients
Leptopril does not make any exercise recommendations for consumers.
Just like with prescription medicine, it's nice that a less expensive generic-brand is available. Leptopril can be found for about half the price of the name-brand version, and has all of the same results. Leptopril is targeted to what they define as severely overweight individuals. However, the ingredients list does not vary far from what many other diet supplements include. There is little product information available and no consumer testimonials available on the product website. Leptopril does not make any exercise or dietary recommendations to follow while taking the pill.

Leptopril has worked so far for me, though I am currently at a plateau, and suffer from insomnia. Ive lost almost 10 lbs in one week!!!! You can still buy these via Walmart- but you must buy them from the web. They no longer have them in the stores, apparently. Anyhow, I love them!

I used these pills (paired with diet and exercise) and thus far I've lost 20 lbs in 3 months...my diet wasn't hardcore at all, just the basic cutting back, but I exercised for an hour and a half every other day. Now, my body is used to the pill and I'm currently at a plateau, however that happens on lots of pills. I intend on going back to them once my metabolism is not used to the pill again!

I just recived my pills and i have been taking them for two days now and i feel so good. When i first took them i got a stomach ach but thats only because my body wasnt use to them. But i will be going to the gym monday as i am taking them because you need to do some excercise with any diet pill. and those with side effects you need to work out when you take it. and those side effects will go away. I love this stuff i got more energy then i ever had before. I recamend this to any one that needs to lose weight.

I weighed 350ish in 2004, 2 years after I got out of high school. I wanted to join the navy to get out of the small town life so I went on a hard core diet. I was seeing awesome results without pills but I am an American so I was looking for quicker results. I started taking leptopril and it worked great but I couldn't focus and felt like a zombie while I was on them. I lost 80 pounds in 7 months. Mind you I was exercising at least 3 hours a day EVERYDAY and ate no carbs at all for the entire time. I was determined. The problem I have is that I have tried them since and I don't think it is the same formula. I may wrond but I beleive that when I took them they contained ephedra. I just want everyone to know though that 8 years later and I still struggle with my weight. If you are like me you have to change the way you live entirely to keep it off. I injured my back and gained 25 pounds while immobile for only a month. Please be careful with these. They will get results but be mentally prepared to come off them and continue to work just as hard to maintain. And if you don't change your diet and work out a lot, trust me no pill on the market is going to help you.

I have seen a couple say, don't take it because it don't stop you from eating. Just throwing this out there, If your on a diet, maybe you should try a little bit and not use a pill to stop your craving to eat all day. Use this pill as help to lose weight. I have known 6 people that have used this pill and all lost abot 10-15 pounds in the first month in a half or less. People who have not lost are the ones who have lack of self control. I also seen someone say she was hospitalized because of this pill, Im thinking you needed something else to blame it on besides the fact the everything you said also happens to over weight people.

I have just ordered this and they should be here within the next few days if not today. I will be starting them tomorrow if they come today. I hope these work, my doctor recommended them from some patients. I need to lose 65 to be at a healthy weight for my height. From all of the good feedback, I'm hoping these work!

Started Leptopril 2 days ago and lost 4.6 pounds. This is working great for me and the only side effect I get with it is small headache a half hour in from taking it. I eat 3 small meals a day and a light snack in between, like a banana or something. I'm happy with the results so far and plan on updating about it. :))

I used this product about 4 years ago. I was a college student and gained a lot of weight due nervousness and lack of exercise. Within the first week I lost about 7 pounds and continued to lose a ton of weight by the end of the summer I had lost about 25 pounds (I started at 175 and got down to about 150). I gained more weight later on and took it again (I weighed about 200 then at the end I weighed about 160). It does work and it works fast. If you can stay on it there is no reason why you can't achieve your weight loss goals.

So far so good. I have never lost weight this quick with anything other than the original diet fuel wich is no longer on the market.

I have been taking this pill for less than a week. I did notice 6 pounds off within three days. The things I did notice for me (1) did not suppress my appetite, (2) did give me energy, (3) don't take after 2pm, I could not rest well at night.
posted Aug 14th, 2011 2:52 pmWhat I have been doing with it (1) eating 1000 to 1200 calories a day, (2) exercising at least 30 minutes a day (includes weights), (3) using my own will power to stay away from high calorie and fattening foods..
Will check back in after a month and let you all know if this is working for me

Waste of $$. Ive been on it for 5 days. The first day I felt a little nervous but it went away quickly. I got very tired and hungry around lunch time. Second day I was still hungry, and was up until 4am! nothing significant. Third-fiftth days I had a headache and had soem trouble sleeping. No loss of appetite and not a significant energy booster. Its making me consitpated. Ive used the bathroom 1 time in 5 days! Not taking it tomorrow in hopes of avoiding a really bad constipation situation.

Was so excited when I hopped on the scale this morning and saw that I went from 250 to 245. Leptopril is really working for me. I noticed this week that I am not as hungry as I use to be and I have a little more energy then I normally would.

I started Leptopril yesterday. I weigh 250 pounds and want to get down to 150. I felt a little jittery yesterday but today has been good. I take 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills around 3pm. I have tons of energy and am not that hungry. Today I didn't even finish my lunch. I picked Sunday to be my weigh in days so hopefully I'll have good news to report on Sunday. Good Luck Everyone!
