BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND

Jillian Michaels' knowledge of fitness training stems from years of martial arts and intense personal training. Best known as a former trainer and coach on NBC's hit TV show The Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels was an amazing motivator, personal trainer and guide to nearly 15 million Biggest Loser viewers every week. Before she was a massive television star, Jillian struggled to maintain her own healthy weight. She knows firsthand the trials and commitment it requires to lose weight and keep it off. Now she's set her sights on helping you reach your goals!

Jillian is currently a co-host on the popular TV show The Doctors. Jillian loves the idea of being able to empower people with information and support to help them live their healthiest lives. Jillian has created her own wellness media empire, and has written several books about weight loss and fitness, has a self-named Wii game, a self-named meal delivery program, an online diet program, a weekly radio show, a fitness DVD and is a contributor to Redbook Magazine and Cosmo Girl.

Wikipedia

Jillian Michaels (born 18 February, 1974) is a fitness expert who gained prominence as a trainer on the NBC weight-loss reality series ''The Biggest Loser'' (USA). Michaels was the trainer for the red team until 2006, when she was replaced by Kim Lyons. She returned in 2007 as the black team coach, competing against Kim's red team and Bob Harper's blue team. Kim decided not to return for the spring 2008 season, leaving Jillian as the only female trainer. Along with Bob Harper, Jillian is also a trainer in the Australian version of the show. She began her career in exercise because she was considerably overweight before her teenage years (though not as much as the contestants she whips into shape now). As a young adult, her mother enrolled her in a martial arts class, which was a new beginning for Jillian. Thereafter she dedicated herself to helping the overweight transform their lives and their bodies for the better.

You can't just put pills in a glass of water and get the same effect as you would if you take them due to we have acid in our stomachs to eat things up that enters our stomach and to get it to our digestive track.

I totally agree with Jenn M. I have lost 103 lbs. over the last 16 months. Only you can lose the weight for yourself! Get moving! Get up off that couch and quit watching so much tv and get exercising! I started out only able to walk 1/2 mile a day. Now I walk/run 3 miles a day plus work out at gym doing all kinds of exercise...weight strengthening, zumba, yoga, ball fitness, toning class, step aerobics, etc.... If you say you can't afford to go to a gym, well you can exercise with out going to the gym. Eat healthy and get plenty of sleep! I eat 2 servings (4-6 oz) of lean protein, 2 fresh fruit servings, 4-6 vegetable servings, 2 milk servings, and 2 whole grain servings daily. Believe me when I say I am plenty full! Eating healthy & fiber rich foods will fill you up and make you feel better. Quit eating all the greasy high carb fast foods! They are so bad for you. Eat as much fresh fruits and vegetables as possible instead of processed. These changes for me were not overnight and were not always easy but I have now accustomed myself and love my new lifestyle changes and I feel (and people say) I look great! I am 48 years old and feel as though I am back in my twenties!
Best of luck to you all!

It says it's free. You answer all these questions...it comes back with generic statements that I already know and then makes you pay to join to get an actual diet! It's false advertising!
