I've been using Hoodia for about 3 weeks now and it has helped me suppress my hunger during the day. i have lost 4 pounds since and i have been trying to lose weight for the past 2 months with very little luck. I have been excercising everday and my weight was just yo-yoing the whole time but i have kept the 4 pounds off now for 1 full week.
i can't swallow pills, any suggestions on how to take this?

My friend took HoodiaP57 and he has lost about 8 pounds in about two months. He swore he didn't do anything different, he just ate less. He did lose the weight, but not sure if i believe that he didn't start excercising. WELL - i'm going to try this diet pill and change nothing in my daily routine.
