Bob is a trainer who is not all about himself but for others i to struggle but watching every tuesday night and hitting the gym 5am m-f for an 1hr a day myself Bob really gives not only the contestants but home viewers like me confidence and hope special thanks to my life saver keep inspiring america god bless.
