Atro-Phex
A multi-benefit diet pill with a long list of ingredients.
Atro-Phex is a weight loss and energy supplement that is intended to help you lose weight, boost energy, balance mood, increase metabolism, improve insulin, control appetite, decrease water retention and improve cognitive function.
Contained in one pill are five separate complexes that are intended to produce certain effects. The five complexes are: fat reduction and energy enhancers, mood and mental performance optimizers, water-weight reduction, insulin support and weight management and metabolic support.
In addition to taking the supplement every day, following a diet and exercise plan is also crucial to the success of the intended effects of Atro-Phex. While most supplements don't focus on food and exercise, the makers of Atro-Phex suggest keeping a close eye on what you eat and how and when you exercise.

There are specific guidelines for both food and exercise while taking Atro-Phex. You are instructed to eat six small meals per day to ensure that your metabolism stays elevated by forcing your body to process nutrients on a regular basis. By eating smaller meals you also limit eating more calories than your body can process per sitting while minimizing fat storage and providing continuous nutrient delivery to lean muscle tissue.
You are also allowed one cheat meal each week. It is recommended that you eat your cheat meal at the end of the day to avoid binging all day long and eat your cheat meal on the same day each week.
While taking Atro-Phex you are supposed to perform 30 minutes of some kind of aerobic training each day. If you are engaging in weight training as well, you are instructed to perform your aerobic exercise after your weight training, to ensure glycogen stores are depleted, leaving fat as the primary fuel source for exercise.
It is believed that the more frequently you train, the more of a caloric demand you put on your body, which creates a need to utilize calories. Typical training frequency should consist of 4-5 days per week, encompassing a mixture of weight and cardiovascular activity.
The medical community rarely endorses supplements like Atro-Phex since they carry potentially dangerous and unknown side effects. It is highly recommended to speak with your medical doctor before buying or taking Atro-Phex.
Weight-loss study after weight-loss study has told us that losing weight comes from a concerted effort of eating a low-calorie meal plan and exercising regularly. Supplements might speed up weight reduction but they are not a long-term solution to sustained weight loss.
