I've been using it for the past month. Took it for 6 straight & then didnt take it for 3 days & take it 3 days in a row only.

Following Directions:
It does NOT make me jittery, paranoid, hyper or keep me up at night. The Directions say to take it before, with or after breakfast. One pill PER Day
What I get out of it:
Makes me feel full faster, so i'm eating less.
My cravings for snacks is virtually zero
My appetite at night is near zero.
I tend to drink two times the water.
The first two weeks I lost 6 lbs.
So far: I've lost a total of 10 lbs & thats with the taking it three days & not taking it three days regimen I've been doing.
I say its made my stomach smaller and food wants deminish.

I've taken these pills before in the past and i lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks.I lost 6 lbs in the first week alone..I stopped taking them and i just started taking them again today.They give you slight jitters for the first 2 days or so..But other than that no other noticable side effects.You do need to make a concious effort to eat something,because they do take your hunger away,water will not be a problem as they make you very very thirsty.And take your vitamins.Other than that they are great,my best friend has also been taking them for a while and has achieved admirable results..I'll post updates in a week to see how much i lose. :)

LOVE them... these are the best appetite suppressants i have ever used in my life... have been on them 2 weeks and have lost 8 lbs doing absolutely nothing... i have no desire to eat literally anything... but it is important to consciously make an effort to eat... so, it is so easy to eat fruits and veggies and super low-cal healthy things and therefore lose weight!...don't drink alcohol though, it kinda counter-acts the appetite supressant aspect of it...plus alcohol is loaded with calories and can halt your weightloss... and yes i am also thirsty all the time but that is fine, water is good for weightloss, drink tons of it... this pill is PURE MAGIC and i know that at this rate, by may or june i will feel so much better about myself... can't wait!

I have been taking this for 3 months and i have lost 40 pounds with diet and excersize . I havent had any side affects at all except for being thirsty all the time :)! i would rather be thirsty than be at the weight i was when i started .

I have bben taking this pill for about 3 months now and I lost 25lbs. Very liitle sideaffects. But u just never know what really is in those pills. But I tell u I really do like them. Loosing 25 lbs that easy why not!
