3X Slimming Power is a weight loss supplement that contain a blend of unique Chinese herbs that may prevent the digestion of dietary fat, hence reducing its absorption by the body. Its special formula may help to burn, eliminate and reduce fat. Its main ingredient, lingzhi is commonly used in Asian herbal medicine to detoxify and cleanse the body.
3X Slimming Power should be used in conjunction with exercise.

INGREDIENTS
3X Slimming Power contains lingzhi, ebony, fox-nut, tuckahoe, seman pruni, dioscoreae, wheat germ.
According to the FDA, 3X Slimming Power also contains sibutramine, a relative to the amphetamine chemical family. The FDA's December 2008 report states that the makers of this diet pill do not disclose sibutramine as an ingredient, and that it has dangerous health effects like heart attacks and possibly cancer.
ADMINISTRATION
One capsule of 3X Slimming Power is taken before breakfast. As you start to lose weight, you can increase your dosage to two capsules once daily before breakfast.
DIET and EXERCISE
There are no specific dietary guidelines you should follow while taking 3X Slimming Power but you are encouraged to exercise in order to facilitate weight loss.

I first started taking the 3x slimming pill back in early 2009 to lose weight before senior prom. I went from 145lbs down to 125 between January and early May. After prom I stopped taking the pills because I had reached my goal. The pills definitely curbed my appetite - I found that I had energy to accomplish tasks when bored rather than eat. I also noticed that I was extremely thirsty, so I drank water almost constantly throughout the day. Those were the only effects I noticed.

Realizing that diet and exorcise alone was not working (i recently started a sit-in-front-of-a-computer-all-day job), I returned to 3x slimming to boost weight loss again. Again, I find that my appetite is definitely curbed, and so far I have brought myself back to 150lbs.
However, this second go at 3x has brought more side effects to my attention. Either these effects didnt bother me before or I never noticed them last time:
-Thirsty 80% of the day. Always need to have a drink near me.
-Troubles sleeping. I find that I wake up two or three times a night now. Once my body has had anywhere between 6-8 hours of sleep, it WILL wake up. I can't seem to sleep in at all.
-Anxiety. It's not to an extent where it's uncomfortable, just slightly noticeable, like I've had just one coffee too many for a day.
-Restless legs. This is a huge factor to my sleep problems as well. It seems as though, since taking this pill, I have a sort of restless leg syndrome.
All of these side effects stop immediately after stop using the pill. I will specifically not take the pills on weekends so I can catch up on sleep.
All in all, if you can handle the annoying side effects, then this pill definitely works and helps you to lose weight.

I lost 15lbs in 4 1/2 weeks after I had my son. I had been overweight for at least 3 years and could not loose weight with diet or exc. i was tuck not matter what I tried. This really works! I got over the dry mouthsyptoms after the 3rd week or so... it helps to drink plenty of water. The more water I drank the less I had dry mouth. I am energized through out the day and take it first thing in the morning. For mom of 6 like me with a full-time job, it feels great to have tons of energy through out the day....so much to do. I would recommend this to everyone even if you just want to loose a few pounds to anyone who struggles with weight loss like I did.

i am yet to start it... have severe thyroid problems and have been stacking the weight on like there is no tomorrow. went from 65 kgs to 79 in 4 weeks. not a good feeling!
posted Dec 27th, 2011 8:41 amPlease don't be too concerned about FDA approval. any 'administration' that pushes the inclusion of ASPARTAME into our foods (a chemical compound silently responsible for most of societies cancers and birth deformities) should really not have the right to comment on a herbal weightloss product that has such great results for much... shame our weightloss has had to become so political!

Continue taking 3X Slmming Power? I drank 3X 6 days. My mouth is always dry. My eyes are so tired. I feel can't open my eyes. My heart beat faster. Now I'm 57 kilos and want to loss 4 kilos. Do you have problems like I do not?

well im starting to take 2x powerful slimming and i think its working, its controlling my hunger issues lol and yes i dont usually drink water , but this pills are so good that the're making me lol i really like it and this sunday im goingo to weith to see my results for a week , but yea i see a little change in days i love it cant wait to see my results as of 6 months

I have taken it for 2 wks and lost around 2 kilo, could not sleep at night, as the dryness of my mouth feels very uncomfortanble, now I do not evendrink coffee any more.

In the beginning i had a very dry mouth and a sickly feeling, but it only lasted a few weeks. the only other side affect i have is i cant sleep for long, maybe about 5-6 hours a day but i do have lots of energy

I took 2 day lingzhi diet pill the previous month and lost 14 lbs and had not snack cravings but the place i bought it from was out of stock and recommended 2x or 3x powerful slimming until they got 2day back in stock. So I decided to try 2x powerful slimming ..
posted Aug 13th, 2011 1:00 pmThe pills controlled my BMs and made me thirsty but that is about it ..The down side was it did not help control my food cravings, I had no increased energy like on 2 day ling zhi, and I was hungry even after taking 2 pills a day. * not sure if they were authentic or not... it came with a pamphlet inside in Japanese and the bottle had a recycle triangle with a #1.. upc code 4958794622754.. I only lost 4 pounds in a month. I will not be buying this version again.

Hi guys. So I finished my first bottle of 2x and the results are not as impressive as others. I lost 3 kg (6. 6 lb) on day 20 and haven't lost anymore since. I'm on my second bottle and will post results after I finish it.

posted Jun 15th, 2011 3:21 amI started yesterday and had a few bowel movements. I didn't get any headaches or dry mouth however today I am experiencing a little dryness in the mouth. I haven't had breakfast yet so we'll see if I get more movements after I eat. I also don't have any trouble sleeping.
My starting weight is 58 kg (127-8 lbs). I'm hoping to lose 10 kg. I'm quite short at 157 cm (a little under 5'2") so at my weight I'm chubby.
I really hope they work for me.

The FDA is not going to approve anything that works. They are probably in cahoots with the Pharmaceutical drug pushers that run this country. This is an incredible product. I would recommend it to anyone that is interested in dropping weight without hitting the Gym. I just hope we can still get them now that Japan has been devastated by the earthquake.
